Some “Service Companies” are focused on sales that encourage unnecessary parts or equipment sales to benefit the technicians. Techs may replace unnecessary parts or equipment because they are not trained to truly troubleshoot equipment or they get compensated for upselling.
Commercial Appliance focuses on proper diagnosis and customer service. Our CFESA & factory trained technicians goal is to find and fix the problem and to give our customers valuable information to make informed decisions. We DO NOT pressure techs to meet sales goals or upsell.
